Returns & refunds

Last updated 8 September 2026

All decorated garments are final sale. Everything we make is printed or stitched to your order, and it cannot be resold.

All decorated garments are final sale

Once a garment carries your artwork it has no value to anyone else. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on decorated goods — not for a change of mind, not for sizes that turned out not to fit, and not for a change in your numbers.

This is why the proof stage exists. You see exactly what you are getting, on the garment you chose, before a single piece is printed. Nothing goes on a press until you say so. Please read that proof properly — it is the one moment when changing anything costs nothing.

Sizing is worth its own sentence. Garment sizes vary a great deal between brands and styles, so ask us for a size run or a sample before you commit to numbers. We would far rather spend ten minutes on that than have you stuck with forty shirts in the wrong size.

Our mistakes are not returns

Final sale is about you changing your mind. It is not us walking away from our own work. If the order is not what you approved, we make it right — that is a remake, not a return, and there is no charge for it.

We reprint or refund, our choice and at our cost, when:

  • the print or stitching doesn’t match the proof you approved
  • the garment is a different style, color or size than you ordered
  • there’s a manufacturing fault in the blank
  • the decoration is defective — cracking, peeling, or badly registered

Tell us within 7 days of collection or delivery and keep the goods as they are, so we can see what happened. Garments that have been worn, washed or altered can’t be assessed.

An approved proof is final

We print what you sign off. If a spelling mistake, a wrong date or an out-of-date logo is in the proof you approved, the reprint is a new order at normal prices. We read proofs carefully too and we’ll often catch it — but the approval is what we go to press on.

Counts vary slightly

Screen printing spoils a small number of pieces on almost every run. Like the rest of the trade we work to a tolerance of plus or minus 3% on the quantity ordered, and bill the quantity actually delivered. If you need an exact number, tell us and we’ll build the spoilage into the order.

Cancelling an order

What you owe depends on how far along it is:

  • Before we start artwork — cancel at no charge, and any deposit comes back in full.
  • After artwork or separations — the art time is chargeable. Everything else comes back.
  • After blanks are ordered — the goods are chargeable, because they were bought for your job.
  • Once printing has started — the order is no longer cancellable.

Goods you supply yourself

You’re welcome to bring your own garments. We take the same care with them as with our own, but printing is a physical process and occasionally a piece is lost to it. We can’t replace stock we didn’t sell you, so please supply a few extra — and tell us before we start if a piece is irreplaceable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. They usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank. We don’t hold your card details, so we can’t refund to a different card than the one used.
