Privacy policy

What we collect

• Contact details — name, business or organization, email, phone, and a billing or delivery address.
• Order details — garments, sizes, quantities, decoration, prices, dates, and the notes we make while working on it.
• Artwork — the files you send us, and the proofs we send back.
• Payment records — amounts, dates and status. Not your card number; see below.

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. Nothing follows you around the internet after you leave.

Card details never reach us

Payments are processed by Stripe on their own hosted pages. Card numbers go from you to Stripe directly — they do not pass through our website, our systems or our records, and nobody at the shop can see them. We receive only the outcome: paid, how much, and the last four digits.

Stripe’s handling of that data is covered by their privacy policy.

Where it lives

• Order records — in our own database, hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States.
• Artwork and proofs — in our Google Workspace Drive, shared only with shop staff and with you if we send you a link.
• Email — Google Workspace.

These are service providers acting on our instructions, not partners we sell to. We don’t share your details with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for seven years, which is what sensible bookkeeping and tax rules require. Artwork is kept indefinitely, because reorders are common and starting from scratch each time serves nobody — tell us if you’d rather we deleted yours after a job and we will.

Your artwork stays yours

Sending us a design gives us permission to print it for you. It doesn’t give us ownership. We may photograph finished work for our portfolio; if you’d rather we didn’t show yours, just say so and we won’t.

What you can ask for

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@legacyscreenprint.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep invoices and payment records even after a deletion request, because we are required to.

Children

We print for schools and youth teams, but we deal with the adults organizing them. This site isn’t directed at children and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Our terms of service govern the rest of the relationship, and New York law applies to both.
