How long it takes

Most orders are ready in 2–5 business days, depending on the garment and what's in stock. That clock starts when you have approved the proof and paid any deposit — not when you first call us.

It is an honest estimate, not a guarantee. Blank garments come from suppliers who occasionally run out, and when that happens we tell you as soon as we know rather than letting the date slide quietly. If you need a firm date, say so when you order and we will either commit to it or tell you we cannot.

Collecting from the shop

407 Route 6, Suite 3, Mahopac, NY 10541, during opening hours. We will call or email when your order is ready.

• Monday – Friday — 10:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday — 10:00am – 12:00pm
• Sunday — Closed

Orders are counted, folded and boxed before you arrive. We hold finished work for 30 days after telling you it is ready; after that we may charge storage.

Can you ship it?

Sometimes, yes — ask when you order and we will tell you straight away. We are a shop rather than a mail-order operation, so it depends on the size of the job and what is on the press that week. When we do ship, postage is charged at cost and quoted before anything goes out.

Prices and currency

Everything we quote is in USD. We price each job rather than publishing a list, because the garment, the quantity, the number of colors and where the design goes all move the number — see how pricing works.

Orders over $250 take a 50% deposit before production; the balance is due on collection or before we ship. Card payments run through Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.

If something is wrong when it arrives

Check the count and the print when you get it, and tell us within 7 days. What we put right, and what we cannot, is on the returns and refunds page — the short version is that decorated garments are final sale, but our own mistakes are ours to fix.
